Navimow vs Mammotion: Which Robot Mower Is Right for Your Garden?
Both mow without a boundary wire. They suit very different European gardens.
Our researchBoth mowers installed on the same two lawns and swapped between zones over a full season
This is not a contest with one winner. The Navimow X3 and the Mammotion Luba 2 AWD are built around different priorities, and the right answer depends almost entirely on your terrain.

Best for simple installation
Segway Navimow X3 Series
Faster mapping and a more forgiving app for first-time setup.
Terrain decides this comparison
On flat and gently undulating lawns, both mowers produce an even cut and neither lost its boundary over a season. The difference appeared on our sloping test plot, where the Luba 2 continued mowing in conditions that left the Navimow spinning a wheel.
If your garden is flat, paying for all-wheel drive buys you capability you will never use — and a noticeably louder machine.
Living with them day to day
The Navimow app is the better everyday companion: fewer settings, clearer zone scheduling, quicker to reconnect. Mammotion's app exposes more control, which is useful once you understand it and confusing before then.
Noise matters more than most buyers expect. At 58 dB(A) the Navimow can run on a Saturday afternoon without comment from a neighbour four metres away; the Luba 2 is audible indoors.
